The Green Bay offense is starting to get going, and why wouldn’t it? The whole game has been Green Bay offense vs. Dallas defense. It’s astounding how little our offense has been on the field.

2009 Dallas Cowboys: 10-6
2009 New York Jets: 11-5?
2009-2010 Dallas Mavericks: 57-25

Blown Chances

We’ve p*ssed away chances on offense and now the birds are coming back to roost,

The defense is too tired.

I said it last week - TO is back

People underestimated how much RW’s tantrum last week will affect this team. Even in the Philly game all the looks were to RW. It worked out then, but overall the offense has been thrown off. Big yards by the big baby today, but our offense sucks again. Its TO part 2.

by The Immortal Iron Fist AKA AFB on Nov 15, 2009 5:52 PM CST up reply actions

Giving up 30 points in four games means you're not anything above average.

I guess the hell of it is they put it all together today. But on my home planet giving up 3 TD passes to a rookie QB making his first start for a winless team means you’re not a very good defense. Didn’t help Dallas today and maybe they’re putting it together but there was no reason to expect this total no-show by the offense.

by MadMick on Nov 15, 2009 5:54 PM CST up reply actions

You're right. They're the '85 Bears.

So far this game has been losted in the trenches because GB D-line beat our o-line.

We have been a 4th quarter team so far and 10 points is not too much to ask out of the offense

I blame Dallas......

you don’t show up in the NFL and expect to win. They weren’t focused , dropped balls missed blocks…….we as fans shouldn’t be mad at anything but Dallas Players…….Also injuries are of every team and GB has plenty . Yet they wanted this damn game more than we did. Really sad to see the effort today.

Worst Playcalling of Garrett's Career

They were horrible. And it wasn’t just on injuries. To me it looked like too many guys were getting free up the middle. Those guys weren’t hurt.

Plus, I think the D played hard until they wore out BUT they need to work on 2 things: 1) Fumble recoveries, and 2) STOPPING TEAMS ON 3RD DOWNS!!!!!!!!!!!! They were just really bad at that.

False

the team needed the O-Line to step up..The team needed the DBs to step up with the injuries…the team needed pressure on Rodgers..the team needed Jason Garrett to play call better…RW is just a scapegoat.

playcalling, injuries,drops, turnovers, aggregious calls by the refs made it impossible to win

there is no single cause

Coach Winters: Mississippi State's offensive set. 2nd & 2 on our own 24, what defensive set might we call?
Alvin Mack: Eagle Zipper Hero, unless the setback shifts into the I.
Coach Winters: Good..[clicks to next slide], third and seven?
Alvin Mack: Oakie Thunder Lion. {What's your assignment?}
Alvin Mack: Kill the quarterback. {{Coach Winters clicks to next slide}}
Alvin Mack: Hit the tight end so hard his girlfriend dies. {{Coach Winters clicks to next slide}}

Romo & Williams

are finally on the same page. Does everyone not see this? Our offense will be better from this loss.

theyre on the same page and austin cant get off?

how about defenses are no longer paying attention to williams and now that he has single coverage he is getting some plays.

his two bonehead plays cost us this game, i’d rather they WERENT on the same page if this is even a remote possibility to happen again

two players that can bear a large portion of blame:

Nick Folk – we had momentum, but a missed kick cost us a lot…

Roy Williams – that fumble hurt bad, but was still a product of getting something going to make up for the missed FG

It's not that I'm saying we're due a playoff win, but I didn't have my license to drive when we won our last one...

You want me banned? Why? Give me an example of one thing that I said that was not true or did not come to fruition. I call it as I see it, and today it was really bad by the O and Folk. This is an emotional game and I saw the emotion play out and the Cowboys O did not have it, which makes me very angry. Do you only want to hear the positive and view things with rose colored glasses?

dude if you're truly a Cowboys fan (albeit a very, verynegative one), then i retract my vote to

ban you…..typically when someone comes on here and fires off one negative comment after another….and never has anything positive to say about the boys, they turn out to be some fan of another team just coming in here to troll and start trouble….that’s what i thought you were doing too – if you’re just a pissed off cowboys fan then by all means hang around and more power to ya – u could stand to take a happy pill or two though…
