Take it out on the Skins
A good 63-0 woodshed game would do everybody some good. We're 6-3, get to 8-3 and then let's see where we stand. Don't give up on the season yet. The OL did finally start looking like they could protect Romo later in the game. They'll have to keep that up with Columbo out. Can we get the running game actually going again?
Now, who do we use for the 7th active OLman until Columbo can return (after regular season).
Oh, and let's please just can the talk about playoffs until we can actually be close to it, please? I'm still saying we get to 11-5 on the season. I hope they prove me right.
Everybody, calm down and take a deep breath. Myself included. We still have 7 games to play.

I'm still optimistic about the season
but I am really worried about the injuries. The pack were desperate and the cowboys were flat and watching this game was like getting softly kicked in the nuts for 3 hours.
Time for some beer and ribs and looking forward to a short injury report and getting back on track against the skins next week.
I agree
I’m going to take a day or two off from football, at least the NFL. Then I’ll come back raring to go and hungry for the skins game to come along so we can wash this one out of our mouths.
I'm worried
The offense has been spotty the last two weeks and if our ol continues to play this poorly….were gonna struggle to win games. Even against washington.
who in the hell is giving up on the season??
It was a road loss, no big deal. Can’t win them all
In Romo we Trust
Horrible game
The telling tale will be the next two weeks at home. Hopefully some of the injuries are not as bad as Marc’s. On the bright side, we will probably get a good idea about Free. The Cowboys will have to man up and decide whether they want to finish this thing or accept play like today. Our defense held for a long time. The offense needs to come together and be much better. I don’t want to hate on Roy, but those were big plays he miffed on at that time of the game. Either one could have changed the game.
We were kind of screwed in this game
Despite being ravaged by injuries, there were a couple of TERRIBLE mistakes by the refs. The Felix fumble recovery being one of them. The other is the blatant delay of game/unsportsman-like conduct use of 3rd challenge. They flagged Bill Parcells for it a few years back here, but McCarthy gets off without anything. Not saying we would have won the game either way, but we’ll honestly never know who would come out on top in this one if it were called fairly.
But I don’t expect a beat-down against Washington, either. They just beat Denver, and they’ve got a damn good D, if I’m not mistaken.
Epic Fail since 1985
I am genuinely worried about the Redskins
They always play well against the Cowboys. There are many players on that team who know what it’s like to start off slow and get hot (5 straight wins in 2005 and 2007). Santana Moss is a Cowboy-killer and I could see the defense having trouble with Betts.
And rookie Brian Orakpo is a STUD. Overlook him at your risk.
I don’t want to see any predictions this wqeek, never mind any that have the Cowboys winning handily.
When was the last time the Cowboys swept the season series from the 'Skins..?
2004 I believe. Since then the Redskins have won 5 of the last 8.
This no guaranteed win for the Cowboys this Sunday that’s for sure.
The 2009 Dallas Cowboys: Talk to me in December.
The NFC East has won 11 Super Bowls; oddly none of those have come courtesy of the Eagles.
We 'skins fans
always get pumped for Dallas Week, but I’m sure NY and Philly fans do too. Though our season is pretty much done, we have 4 division games in our next 7 and I’d be ecstatic just to play the role of spoiler.
Dallas is a really scary team when they can put it all together. I’m really worried about Austin and Williams getting behind our defense. We’ve shown a real big weakness there.
If your pass rush gets to Campbell early and often, it won’t be much of a contest; his confidence gets shot really easily if he’s taking hits. If our OL plays like they did against Denver, though, this will be a really good game.
