Yes go bears..

With that said I have gained more respect for J Campbell. With the right situation I think he could shine.

He plays awesome against us.

Seems to be more of a vertical passer rather than west coaster.

hes not a bad qb

but its hard to tell cause he seems to pick his game up against us.

by foyesboys on Nov 22, 2009 7:37 PM CST up reply actions

....Until he stinks up the joint

with self-inflicted, bone-headed mistakes the next game. He’s just not a very good quarterback.

Go Bears!

(plus I’m playing against Jackson, Maclin and Celek in one league, and Celek in another league)

by scottmaui on Nov 22, 2009 7:36 PM CST reply actions

what? lol

that guy must be a birds fan

by foyesboys on Nov 22, 2009 7:37 PM CST up reply actions

not sure if it just worked out that way

I’m only up by 20 in a PPR league so I’m pretty much toast, but can always hope

by scottmaui on Nov 22, 2009 7:39 PM CST up reply actions

Dude, I was sooo tempted to plug in Romo for Favre today right before the game.

Glad I didn’t cuz I’m playing my little bro who has Brees.

I can see for miles and miles and miles and miles and miles...

by Aaron Novinger on Nov 22, 2009 7:51 PM CST up reply actions

seriously lol

i almost forgot I have eagles D in the btb2 league, so i wouldn’t mind if they got a defensive TD and no more passing TDs

by scottmaui on Nov 22, 2009 7:56 PM CST up reply actions

Hello All!!

Glad we squeaked by with a W today…now we need the Bears to help us out!

Beware D-Ware

by WittenRocks on Nov 22, 2009 7:36 PM CST reply actions

Even though it was low scoring, you got to love a come from behind victory.

Our D looks awesome, especially on 1st and 2nd downs…lol!

I can see for miles and miles and miles and miles and miles...

by Aaron Novinger on Nov 22, 2009 7:39 PM CST up reply actions

Yeah...Gotta give it to the D

I have really dogged on this D in the past. They have been very impressive. Now if we could get the other units on the same page.

On that note, what the heck is up with Folk?!!!!

Beware D-Ware

by WittenRocks on Nov 22, 2009 7:42 PM CST up reply actions

Word is is that McBriar is not spinning the ball's threads the way Folk (and most kickers) like it.

I guess they are supposed to spin them so the thread is pointing towards the goalpost.

I can see for miles and miles and miles and miles and miles...

by Aaron Novinger on Nov 22, 2009 7:49 PM CST up reply actions

I was looking for that on the last FG...

and from what I saw he did turn the laces out. I would love for that to be all that is to it, but I fear that Folk has lost his mojo.

Beware D-Ware

by WittenRocks on Nov 22, 2009 8:01 PM CST up reply actions

Yeah, I think that FG had a good hold.

Folk just has the yips. All he needs is a good 3FG day with a 51-yarder to get his confidence back.

I can see for miles and miles and miles and miles and miles...

by Aaron Novinger on Nov 22, 2009 8:03 PM CST up reply actions

Sucks that I'm depending on Jackson and McCoy to get me a FF win tonight.

Playing against Eagles’ D, so hopefully this will be a shootout + Bears win!

I can see for miles and miles and miles and miles and miles...

Austin is explosive out of his break and can blow by any CB wherein RW is a long strider who takes about 10 yards before he gets to full speed.

Thinking out loud

Brandon Marshall is going to be a free agent this off season. Would be a great pickup to replace Roy Williams.

As would Vince Wilfork to replace Spears. That D-line would dominate: Olshansky Wilfork Rat. How would you run on that?

by quincyyyyy on Nov 22, 2009 8:49 PM CST reply actions

lets stop with bringing in big name FAs

if we’re gonna bring in anyone, lets draft someone. I’m sick of listening to big name wrs whine

Thank You

Jerry has had horrible luck with free agent wide receivers. Anthony Miller, Joey Galloway, Raghib Ismail, Peerless Price, Terrell Owens, Roy Williams. The wreckage is monumental. Draft a good one if value falls into our laps, avoid otherwise.

by kindablue on Nov 22, 2009 8:57 PM CST up reply actions

TO

wasn’t horrible luck, I mean he was a big reason why we were 13-3 in ‘07 and had a huge year, and you can argue how much ’08 was on him, but overall he actually contributed a lot to the team. We tend to forget that with the sour taste we have about him now. I just don’t think he deserves to be on that list.
