Texicans have played the Colts tight quite a few teams.
And even beat them in December the year the Colts won it all. This is a reasonable spot to expect the Colts’ first loss.

Why?
Raf is the primary reason I’m here. He’s being honest.
Let’s see how many of you unleash on him for “not being a true fan.”
BTW, I’m on record as predicting a win for us tomorrow night (38-30), but a loss next week at Green Bay.

Naaa ...
This is a tough game for the Cowboys. Their emotions are gonna be high and they are gonna have to weather the Philly storm early. … But rather than a “measuring stick” game, this to me is a “stepping stone” game for the Boys, win or lose. The rest of this season will be about how they come together as a team after this game and how much desire they put into focusing together on improving where they need to improve. They have been throughthe fire .. been through hard times .. trial and tribulation … this is the time for them to step up to the challenge of playing championship football.
We have a chance because Tony Romo has matured into a Super Bowl caliber QB. He always had the talent. Always knew how to have fun. But last year was tough for his team .. this year he is saying all the right things … putting in the time and preparation it takes to go to the next level as a QB .. but most of all everytime the “bus” veared off track, Romo has streered it right on to that “winning” road. Everytime one of the passengers fell off the bus, Romo pulled his teammate right back on it.

Of course
I am kidding about Rafael. If I were betting money on the game, I would pick Philly too.

Is that 'split the baby' reasoning? I see no reason to suspect a loss at GB no matter who wins today in Philly.

Yeah Kam
You’re right, it’s just awful that our fearless leader, well, is fearless.
Seriously though, I would really like to know just how in the world did the Raiders beat the Eagles? Were they just having a bad hair day? I’m not kidding, there has to be someone somewhere who can satisfactorily answer that for me. I can’t think of a worse team than them and beating the world champion caliber Eagles (according to the bass turds at BSPN).
OK, here’s a stab-cuz we gave them Greg Ellis?

I was wondering the same thing.
How in the world did the Raiders manage to beat these guys?? It boggles the mind. ‘Course it doesn’t matter who they’ve lost to because they’ll always play us harder than anyone else.

Should, could, ought to, if..
Been saying it all week..
This is a game Philly SHOULD win. They are playing an evenly matched team they know well @ home. It is certainly true that Dallas COULD win. They have the offensive fire power, improving defensive play and superior special teams. But, on the road they OUGHT TO be expected to lose this game. Plus..think of how great it would be to crucify Raf for not believe in his beloved Cowboys..IF they win…
I’m hoping the Cowboys solve this issue for me and I don’t have to write another “The Sky Isn’t Falling” type post on Monday like I did after the Giants game..but this game means more to Philly than it does to Dallas.
Philadelphia is expected to win this game…lets just hope expectations are wrong..
My prediction… 34 -30 Dallas.. Pass rush and Special teams come up with big plays that turn the tide…
Wade Phillips has never won a playoff game as a head coach..he has lost 4 home playoff games.
His longest tenure as head coach was 3 years.
Only once did his record as a HC improve from one year to the next (by 1 game)

You have seen that Indy's secondary is being seriously thinned by injuries?
They’ve got some losses coming. They’re not going to collapse, but their rush defense ain’t great and that secondary has kept them on top. Now two starters are out for the season.

Been following raf too long. I always like when the tough games come and raf picks the other team. It almost assures us a victory. Now, had he picked the boys I would be upset with him for jinxing us.
Here’s to you RAF, thanks for cementing the win for the boys!!!

Previously they were called homers for all picking the Cowboys
Now one of them is a traitor? Man, tough crowd. BTW, the EAGLES?? The only thing worse would be picking the Redskunks to beat the Cowboys.
All seriousnous aside, (not a grammatical mistake) well, most seriousness anyway, I’m hoping the Cowboys take it to the level of supreme payback tonight. Now….ALL seriousness aside:
Cards
Bengals
Pack
Colts
Jags
Pats (although the fish are playing seriously physical football)
Falcons
Saints
Hawks
Jersey
9ers (Damn I hate picking them)
Cowboys (my pick from the heart last week was the Falcons. Made me 9-4)
Broncos

Look
I have a script. I see five losses. Before the seaosn I saw splits vs. The Giants and Eagles, a loss in New Orleans and one in Denver with one more somewhere along the way.
I though the Cowboys would squeak past New York, and when they lost, I took them over Denver to “balance out” my picks.
Big mistake. I should have stuck to the script. They’re going to lose to the Eagles once. The only question all week has been whether its here or at home? I’m going with the home team this week.

Upset special alert.
The Panthers have quietly crept back to 3-4. As long as Delhomme doesn’t throw 15 picks, I wouldn’t be shocked if they totally debacled the New Orleans Bagheads undefeated season. They can run the hell out of the ball and somebody finally persuaded Julius Peppers to play like a guy that is getting paid 16 million a year.

I was thinking that same thing when they kept talking about the saints going undefeated. Its a divisional game with a great running team, that game will be very close, closer than ppl are thinking.

I think the Cowboys will win
Don’t know why exactly, ya’ll are way more into the technical aspects, but I just think that our o-line is gonna protect Tony today. Plus, I think all the hype that the football experts are giving that Peters guy on their o-line is well, a little overblown when you think about our DWARE being the man against him today. We will rattle McNabb, he’s just not the same guy he used to be I don’t care what anybody says.
And I still can’t get over them losin to the Raiders. I mean c’mon fellas, that could be compared I guess to us almost losin to the Chiefs, but the key word is almost, which just really does count in my book even as much as the goofs in TV land want to downplay that fact.
THE EAGLES LOST TO THE RAIDERS. Surely, I tell thee, then so can they lose to the DALLAS FREAKIN COWBOYS!!!

When asked who was gonna win the sb, he answered “how bout them cowboys” They asked him does he wish he could have stayed with the cowboys to win 3 superbowls? he says he doesn’t look in the past that he looks to the future, and he was asked if he would coach the cowboys again, and he said next question

Great Picks
Last week, I was critical of you guys for lame picks. However, I applaud the fact the Raf picked the Iggles to win. That shows that the picks made are honest genuine. I hope your wrong but I understand your judgment. Cowboys by 1pt on the final drive by a fg. 41-40.

For schitts and giggles.
I predict tonight’s game will go down like the ‘06 Week 5 Cowboys/Eagles game; (Pat Watkins’ asshairs that got singed that fateful day still haven’t grown back.) Except it will be 38-24, Cowboys; thanks to a closing minute McNabb pick in the red zone that Mike Jenkins takes 103 yards back to the house.
As for the rest of the slate:
Redskins over Falcons
Cardinals over Bears
Bengals over Ravens
Texans over Colts
Patsies over Dolphins
Cheeseheads over Pastel Bruces
Jags over Chiefs
Seahawks over Lions
9ers over Titans
Chargers over Piss-Ants
Panthers over Saints
Steelers over Broncos

Raf, I'm surprised. I'm going wiht thr Cowobys based on our superior kicking game. I think, overall,
the O & Ds are pretty even. A bouncing ball or a penalty could prove to ‘make’ a difference between them. But in the kicking game, I think we’ll maintain better field positon with Beuler’s KOs and McBriar’s booming punts, coupled with much improved coverage units. Feagles seems hot & cold with his punts these days. If he’s cold the Eagles could be in deep dodo. Folk is money. So Cowboys 35, Eagles 21.
