Good game..

Cowboys 20 Eagles 16. Nothing to add except good game. Cowboys game to Philly and put it on us in our home stadium. For all the smack talking that went down this week I just wanted to get back on BTB and say nice one guys that was a hard fought game and you guys earned the win. You will hear alot of talk this week about bad calls from the refs, turnovers, miss opportunities. I wont pull any of that out. Cowboys earned the win and congratz. See you all in Dallas for week 17 to see who gets the division title.

nice to see there are Eagles fans

who aren’t complaining about the calls, you truly are the exception to the rule, a classy Eagles fan.

Thanks and see you in 8 weeks for the rematch.

Oh trust me I am pist about the calls...

But if we are gonna complain about all the calls we would have to mention the 3-4 that never were called the Cowboys way. RW against Asante in the endzone comes to mind. Asante decided to hold hands and I hear that is illegal in the NFL. If the teams play the game right one call should make or break the game either way so I’ll go with we just gotta play better next time and not leave the game up to a 4th and short or something of that nature.

i ref alot of HS football and the refs

harldy ever affect the outcome. main objective as a ref is to try to let the teams sort out who is superior and do your best not to be a big factor. the honest truth is that the better team usually wins and if they dont it is due to mistakes they are responsible for (turnovers, habitually committing penalties). I only have issues when it is a bad call made at the very end of the game. Aside from that, teams know the score, and if the team is in fact better that night, they they should be able to overcome a few bad calls.

Thanks bud,..

..hard fought game, for sure. And you’re right, I think the rematch will be for the division title.

Thanks for the post.

When our team has lost to the eagles in the past it hurts, so I can empathise with how you must feel right now. I appreciate the candor; the next game is going to be an epic showdown with a lot more riding on it. I can hardly wait, but there is still plenty of football left to play.

These are two very good teams and I think we all saw that last night. A classic game.

What a breast of fresh a$$ (Selma Hayek reference, Dave)

After byedawk (who really needs to follow his moniker…as in go bye, bye) I’m very impressed.

You must be a vet, ’cause few other Philthy faithful have the cojones to man up like this.

Kudos.

BTW, anyone seen Tex?

I’m sure he got excited when Romo threw that pick. He hasn’t had much to complaing about lately, but, dang it, they turned around and won the game anyway.

Screen name is kinda old..

Made it when I was on a sixth month deployment @ Camp Victory in Iraq. Now I am living comfortable in Italy but I guess you can still count that as deployed haha.

thanks for your service. A lot of us out here still appreciate it.
