BTB Draft Board
Is it possible to take everyone's opinions on players they want to draft and create our own personal BTB Draft Board so when draft rolls around we got something to go by?
As an example I'll do an example ranking for OLB (only players realistically available at start of rd 2)
Clint Stintim
Larry English
Lawrence Sidbury
Conner Barwin
Cody Brown
etc...
If we can get about 10 players per position that people mostly agree about as being legit prospects and then spreadsheet it out, would have a nice draft sheet to know what the hell's going on in mid-to-late rds.
Just an idea looking for some feedback whether this is worth time or if Raf and the guys are gonna do something simlar...

That is actually a great idea
draft boards are based on what round grade you give each player. It’s not based on ranking. That can get a bit complicated.
For example for OLB’s
2nd: Stintim, English, Barwin, and Sidbury
3rd: Brown
actully let me revised that
1st/2nd: English and Barwin
2nd: Stintim
2nd/3rd: sidbury
3rd/4th: Brown
English...
is out of our reach, but I’d be happy with either Sidbury or Barwin.

chris clemons may be a solid 4th
I feel like he is a little underrated.
I also think Chip Vaughn is a little underrated. He was very productive in college, great size, and good athleticism. I feel like he is probably more of a 2nd/3rd.
A couple of guys who you did not list are C.J. Spillman who is a solid 5th right now, but because of his athletism and what he did earlier in his college career may be a solid 4th. Also Stephen Hodge is probably a 5th/6th.
i like chip vaughn alot to
But its hard to say were people will go… If we get Johnson or Vaughn or Sean Smith i will crap my pants on draft day those are all my fav safteys coming out of college.

SS-Vaughn and FS-Clemons would make for excellent picks in the 3rd and 4th....
and your right…they’re both very underrated…
Spillman a great pick up in the 5th…
Hodge would make a great nickle LB
Good idea
Too bad we don’t have more draft picks. I think we should include fringe 1st rounders too, in case people slip.
i like this
I like Regaberto’s model
We got safety just need to do other positions
someone take OT, OG/C, ILB, CB, DE, DT, WR, QB, and for OLB (just add more late rd picks)
And then people can throw out sleepers they like for post rd 5 picks and when they think we should take them
And if someone feels strongly that a player someone else ranks is too high or too low, make a comment under their positional board
We get all that together and i’ll make a big spreadsheet

Well one OLB/DE sleeper that we just brought in for an interview is Phillip Hunt out of Houston
Although he is probably strictly a 3rd down pass rusher. Another sleeper at the same position is Brandon Swain, but I don’t think we have brought him in for any interviews.
Those are the only OLB/DE sleepers that I can think of at the moment.
got the S and some OLB can't post
Don’t know how to post spreadsheet

There has to be a better way but the only way I could post a spreadsheet
Is by making sure all the cells are bordered
Copy the cells and paste them into paint
Then save it as a an image and upload it to photobucket
Then post the link to the image

do one in google docs
you can set the spreadsheet to be open for edits so people can do their own portion online. Docs can be downloaded as well.
I have a spreadsheet of Rangers rosters and prospect rankings
at my blog if you want to see what google’s spreadsheet doc looks like – basically an excel clone. Pretty cool IMO if you don’t want to bother starting a proper “site”… oh but you have to have a google account
