(Where i think they go off at the end is asking about team leadership and then not recognizing that the Cowboys just drafted a bunch of noted high character guys, team leaders and several captains. That was obviously an important part of the team's considerations and, while i liked the rest of the analysis a lot, these guys really missed that point.)
