Stephen Jones as a GM and owner someday, although Jerry seems like he’s in good health, it might be a while.

Maybe, maybe not

Jerry will be the acting GM as long as he is healthy but I see Stephen having more influence on decision making every year. It also seems like Stephen is content to let JJ bask in the spotlight while he just hangs back and actually runs the team.

Proof is TO

Stephen is the only person capable of prying the wool from over Jerry’s eyes with respect to the team cancer that was TO in the last season. I agree we will love Stephen but I also agree that Stephen is increasingly the power behind the King. You gotta give Jerry credit for bringing the second generation of ownership into the fold. The Cowboys are in great shape ownership-wise long into the future.
