The only thing that matters right now
is getting ready for Carolina on Monday night.
Hopefully, the extra day between games will give Barber some much needed rest and allow the Boys some time to correct the errors on defense, while the offense works on honing their timing and decision making skills.
The season won't be lost in September.
This loss is an opportunity to correct some poor decision making skills.
Preparation can often times help overcome bad luck.
But for a couple of bad decisions on the offenses part and a lucky break on the Giants fluke "ankle" touchdown, the Giants were dominated.
Just beat Carolina, that's all we have to do...

Amen
No matter what the cause, It’s done and over with. We completely dominated int he first half, the G’nats just got the luck last night.
They made plays too, but mostly our miscues and their luck decided the game.
Onward and upward!

Kramer: Really? What's she in for?
George: Embezzlement.
Kramer: (Seriously) Sounds like a nice girl!
WHAT MATTERS.....
IS THAT OUR SCOUTS WORK THE COUNTRY OVER, FINDING THE RIGHT QB TO LEAD THIS TEAM FORWARD….
3 YRS AGO, I CALLED ROMO A PRETENDER AND OPINED COLT MCCOY SHOULD BE DRAFTED IN ‘10.
BRADFORD MOVES LIKE DAN MARINO, PASS ON HIM. TEBOW IS A LEADER, BUT NOT A TRUE PASSER. MCCOY IS A STUD. A LEADER, A TRUE COMPETITOR, BATTLE TESTED, A MAN OF FAITH, …..JERRY, PLEASE BRING RESPECTABILITY BACK TO AMERICA’S TEAM, BRING IN COLT MCCOY
look up -- get up -- dont ever give up
I think he would much rather imitate a lemming...
If I had a nickel for every Super Bowl the Eagles have won, I would have zero nickels.

I understand your frustration
But the offense did put up 31 points on what many experts believe to be one of the NFC’s best teams.
Romo didn’t let Manning drive the field for the winning score.
that which doesn't kill you, probably hurts like hell.
This loss is an opportunity to correct some poor decision making skills
How much time and how many chances are required? I’ve read this book before, it ends the same every time.
The poor decision making
was an all around team effort.
We have an offense that is first in the NFC in points scored, but also first in points allowed.
I am far more concerned about defense now than I am QB.
If Romo can continue to put up 30+ points a game, regardless of turnovers, I will take it.
We cannot, however, continue to make other teams receivers look like all-pros…

No
You can take it.
But only because you’ll accept mediocrity.
The QB sets the tone for his team.
Good decision making by the QB has a trickle-down effect on all of the players. Unfortunately, poor decison making, like Romo’s, does too.

Sorry, I am not really buying that
the QB sets the tone for the team.
Case in point, when I think of the Ravens, Joe Flacco is not the guy that comes to mind for that team.
Romo didn’t make Steve Smith look All Pro.
Eli had all day to find what the defense was giving him.
No pass rush led to the giants receiving corp being able to find weak spots in our secondary. Sure, we shut big mouth Jacobs down, but at what cost?
Bottom line is if the defense doesn’t stiffen up, it wont matter who is leading the offense…
How does the now cliched saying go? “Offense wins games, defense wins championships”
that which doesn't kill you, probably hurts like hell.
You haven't seen this year's Ravens, have you?
This is Flacco’s team.
And this just in; the NFL is a QB-centric league.

What sucks is...
we have to wait all the way until Monday to forget.
And the sign said long haired freaky people need not apply ...

Just beating Carolina is NOT all we have to do....
Not if we want to win a playoff game
We probably have to win about 9 more games just to get to the playoffs.
We need 9 more victories from these opponents:
CAR, DEN, KC, ATL, SEA, NOR, GB, OAK, SD,
PHI twice, WAS twice, NYG
