Really?

Maybe you should take your chant to another post. Your season is done. Go play with the other teams who couldn’t make it.

GO COWBOYS!

You know we’re America’s Team when Eagle fan has nothing better to do than join us here at BTB.

Take it easy fellas

It’s a game, yeah my team is out but there’s always next year! Besides, there’s only a few more weeks left of football until we all descend into the Darkness that is the offseason. It seems like the season takes forever to get here and then is over too quickly.

by thwalls on Jan 17, 2010 10:17 AM CST reply actions

Nah, I’m not rooting for anybody. As much as I want the cowboys to lose, I don’t want to see the Favre win.

It's all good.

Like your handle. That is some good karma…Everson Walls.

Truer words never spoken!

I’m not taking a shot at you because I speak from experience but getting your ass handed to by your enemy doesn’t make the offseason any shorter.

KICK ASS every day!!!

Hope the Boys can stop the quick slants, RB screens and slot WR.

Scandrick needs to have a great game, so does Brooking and James.

Go Cowboys!

Damn Cards.

now the NFC title game is in NOLA. I might be able to make it (in Little Rock, AR), but plane tickets will be far more expensive.

I still believe in Romo.

Yep

I think NOLA is rooting for the Vikes today. I don’t think they want to see the Cowboys again!

I saw Sharper on NFL Network and if I am reading his mind right, they want Dallas, becasue they got their arse beat down by Dallas.

Maybe, but I doubt our team will play as poor as the cards, dallas may not win but the defense is much better than that.

I will not go to their site, it was something I thought to do but went against it; they are suffering enough as it is.

ouch. 90 points in 2 games

Don’t think the controller liked it, he gave us our next frequency with a pretty shitty mean voice.

What a difference

A month and a half ago, I was looking forward to the draft….half hoping Wade would be gone. And here we are expecting to win the divisional playoff game? Its like being a manic depressive. Too low and too high.

But this would be the best season, as a Cowboy fan, that I can remember since maybe 93. Would you guys consider this season a success if they don’t win this? I think I would but I can’t really bring myself to think about it.

by HappyGilmour on Jan 17, 2010 10:38 AM CST reply actions

yes

When the Cowboys made all the offseason changes, noone really knew what to expect. But it’s all paid off, and (regardless of what happens today) it sets the stage for 2010.

I still believe in Romo.

by Nelson... on Jan 17, 2010 10:41 AM CST up reply actions

yes

but I consider that 07 season a success too. That team had a high flying explosive offense led by Romo, TO and Witten and I think if we make 2-3 mroe plays in that giants game, plays that we made throughout the year, we’re already talking about the multiple playoff wins we have.

But this team…it has something different. When their backs are to the wall, they come out even stronger. This is a TEAM, with Brooking and Romo seeming to be at the helm. Definitely the most I’ve enjoyed a team as a cowboy fan, but I can really only remember back to like..1997 or so.

by foyesboys on Jan 17, 2010 12:04 PM CST up reply actions

Bridge

We’ll get to it when we cross it. Let’s just enjoy the fact that we are in the playoffs and that we have a legit shot at winning. Oh, and that we kicked the s***!! out of the Eagles to do it.

Agree

Beating the Eagles 3 times might be the best feeling (especially living in Eagles country.)

by HappyGilmour on Jan 17, 2010 10:42 AM CST up reply actions

Romo or Favre?

Irvin would take Romo but he was accused of being biased. Mooch would take the 40 yr old Favre…we know he`s not biased. Faulk would take Favre …e know he`s not a Cowboy`s hater…. Jamie Dukes would take Favre….who gives a crap what Dukes thinks? wonder if any of these guys had Ali over the hill over Larry Holmes in his prime.
Experience was the main reason heck why is n`t Joe Motana, Troy Aikman , Terry Bradshaw not playing? they`re even older than Favre they would rock. No I`m with Irvin I`ll take Romo in his prime any day.
