LOL...Getting an early start???
You'll never get in a traffic jam, while going the extra mile. -Roger staubach
Really?
Maybe you should take your chant to another post. Your season is done. Go play with the other teams who couldn’t make it.
GO COWBOYS!
You know we’re America’s Team when Eagle fan has nothing better to do than join us here at BTB.
"Football is an incredible game. Sometimes it's so incredible, it's unbelievable." - Tom Landry
Take it easy fellas
It’s a game, yeah my team is out but there’s always next year! Besides, there’s only a few more weeks left of football until we all descend into the Darkness that is the offseason. It seems like the season takes forever to get here and then is over too quickly.
It's all good.
Like your handle. That is some good karma…Everson Walls.
"Football is an incredible game. Sometimes it's so incredible, it's unbelievable." - Tom Landry
LOL
Everson Walls was awesome!!! Too bad he got his ring with the Giants.
Truer words never spoken!
I’m not taking a shot at you because I speak from experience but getting your ass handed to by your enemy doesn’t make the offseason any shorter.
KICK ASS every day!!!

Hope the Boys can stop the quick slants, RB screens and slot WR.
Scandrick needs to have a great game, so does Brooking and James.
Go Cowboys!

Last year
You werent that civil with us last year when you beat us 44-6. So enjoy the hell that you put us in. Enjoy the constant analysis of your quarterback for the next 4 months.
Glad you're here
Nothing brightens my day lately like an Eagles fan.
Keep doing what you been doing, keep getting what you been getting.
Damn Cards.
now the NFC title game is in NOLA. I might be able to make it (in Little Rock, AR), but plane tickets will be far more expensive.
I still believe in Romo.
Yep
I think NOLA is rooting for the Vikes today. I don’t think they want to see the Cowboys again!
Sharper
I saw Sharper on NFL Network and if I am reading his mind right, they want Dallas, becasue they got their arse beat down by Dallas.
Ahab the Arab
I say keep an eye on this kid, this Louie the Looper. He's going places!
I think he wants Minnesota...
that’s the team that cut him.
by The Immortal Iron Fist AKA AFB on Jan 17, 2010 11:44 AM CST up reply actions
Yeah, I should go on the cards site and tell them "way to S*%t the Bed you losers".
Ignore the Mainstream Media, EMBRACE THE HATE!!!!
Maybe, but I doubt our team will play as poor as the cards, dallas may not win but the defense is much better than that.
I will not go to their site, it was something I thought to do but went against it; they are suffering enough as it is.
Ignore the Mainstream Media, EMBRACE THE HATE!!!!
Yeah, their defense set a record yesterday.
They allowed 45 points two weeks in a row.
ouch. 90 points in 2 games
Someone find them a defense! I mean seriously, at that point, all they are is stationary obstacles to run around or throw over.
Hell I blew that one
It was Capers for GB who fell asleep during the game, not the Arizona D-Coord lol
No shite? Capers fell asleep during a game?

Yeah, They set a record for allowing points in the playoffs.
90 points in two games.
You gotta love the internet.
Sitting here in South Jersey, outside of Philly….listening to The Ticket’s countdown to kickoff, reading BTB and hyped up for this game.
gotta love me some Ticket!
I live in DFW, but I’m streaming it on my phone all the time at work since their FM signal is non-existent.
NO is a lot better than the Cards.
Cards wouldn’t have been in the playoffs if they weren’t in the NFC west
Right.
The Eagles and Giants could have beaten them.
Gah!
Is everyone else ridiculously excited about this game? It’s the first second playoff game in way too long, against a good team, which could go either way so badly it’s not even funny. KICKOFF IS TOO FAR AWAY…
God Bless Texas
t minus 30 minutes till i crack my first beer

So we're flying back from California to Michigan yesterday
And my pilot is talking to the Minneapolis controller, and before we signed off to go to the next controller I said on the radio “Go Cowboys”
Don’t think the controller liked it, he gave us our next frequency with a pretty shitty mean voice.
GO COWBOYS!!
I thought that voice was SOP for all flght controllers. :)

What a difference
A month and a half ago, I was looking forward to the draft….half hoping Wade would be gone. And here we are expecting to win the divisional playoff game? Its like being a manic depressive. Too low and too high.
But this would be the best season, as a Cowboy fan, that I can remember since maybe 93. Would you guys consider this season a success if they don’t win this? I think I would but I can’t really bring myself to think about it.
Oh, hell yes. Just playing good football and acting like a team instead of a collection
of bruised egos has made the season for me.
yes
but I consider that 07 season a success too. That team had a high flying explosive offense led by Romo, TO and Witten and I think if we make 2-3 mroe plays in that giants game, plays that we made throughout the year, we’re already talking about the multiple playoff wins we have.
But this team…it has something different. When their backs are to the wall, they come out even stronger. This is a TEAM, with Brooking and Romo seeming to be at the helm. Definitely the most I’ve enjoyed a team as a cowboy fan, but I can really only remember back to like..1997 or so.
I'm a Clemson fan, just feeling awful over that. He'll always be #93 for me, rumbling down the field at Wake Forest sparking a come from behind win there.
My thoughts and prayers with his family and friends.
Bridge
We’ll get to it when we cross it. Let’s just enjoy the fact that we are in the playoffs and that we have a legit shot at winning. Oh, and that we kicked the s***!! out of the Eagles to do it.
Agree
Beating the Eagles 3 times might be the best feeling (especially living in Eagles country.)

Romo or Favre?
Irvin would take Romo but he was accused of being biased. Mooch would take the 40 yr old Favre…we know he`s not biased. Faulk would take Favre …e know he`s not a Cowboy`s hater…. Jamie Dukes would take Favre….who gives a crap what Dukes thinks? wonder if any of these guys had Ali over the hill over Larry Holmes in his prime.
Experience was the main reason heck why is n`t Joe Motana, Troy Aikman , Terry Bradshaw not playing? they`re even older than Favre they would rock. No I`m with Irvin I`ll take Romo in his prime any day.
In favres situation
with out pass rush on the opposite sideline..I would take Romo
Geez Dave, you nearly gave me a heart attack
Saw the open game thread and thought the game was on already … frantic scramble to find a game feed … heart rate at 190 bpm … called Flavor Flav to ask what time it is … whew, still 80 minutes away from kickoff … must slow breathing, avoid heart attack …

He’s a tool like the rest of them. I’ve seen him so many times stick to the typical media stories.

Trent is showing some love for the Cowboys, too.

The match-up that scares me is Harvin vs Sandrick and company. If there is a week link in this defense, it is there.

Very sad
Please everyone remember to take time out of your day today and remember Gaines Adams and his family and friends who are going through this time. 26 is way too young to go, and it is a damn shame to see it happen.
I'll live and die with number 9....
Terrible news.
Very sad, especially at such a young age!
