NFL Network to air NFC Pro Bowl Practice at 10:30 AM (EST)

Just a reminder to set your TiVo or DVR.

Whether or not you like the Pro Bowl, this week will be the last we get to see of the Cowboys for a while. And not since 1995 have the Cowboys had their coaching staff lead the NFC.

[UPDATE: Dat Nguyen is not with the coaching staff in Miami.

Nguyen has told Cowboys owner/general manager Jerry Jones he will not return to the coaching staff. Nguyen was in the last year of his deal, but decided to move on, according to a source. END UPDATE]

Romo didn't make it to practice...ha!

Apparently, Romo’s flight to the South Florida area was delayed Wednesday morning. Head coach Wade Phillips said the flight was "circling" the area, and also included other NFC players, such as Minnesota’s Jared Allen and Philadelphia’s Trent Cole.
