Kitna? C'mon be serious!

If JJ is under the illusion that Kitna will qb this team to the playoffs, he's on some SERIOUS kool-aid!!

I mean, after all, we're talking about a guy who qb'd in Detroit for years and basically stunk up the artificial turf up there.  Simply put, forget about Kitna.

It's time for McGee to see if he can play in this league, and more specifically if he's up to backing up Romo.  That's the true acid test.  If he can step in when disaster strikes, and Romo goes down, he's gotta show he can lead this team and win games.  If not, why is he here?  It's THE most important position on the team.  If he can't produce, let him go and find someone that will.

The next several weeks are going to show just how bad this team really is.  With an iffy OL and a rusty qb who hasn't played in 2 yrs, I don't have to tell you what that spells.  JJT, in his recent column is spot on with his analysis.  Go ahead, face reality, Romo should be placed on IR until given a clean bill of health.  That means McGee has to prove himself now.  If not, we either have to bring in a veteran like a Jeff Garcia, who would be very intriguing for this team right now, or some some individual who at the very least has some semblance of a chance to help this team win.
