Much like he did most of his playing-career, Jason Garrett is being called upon to backup in an emergency situation. We know what Garrett did as a Cowboy when he was Troy Aikman's backup. He even won a few games - most notably that Thanksgiving Day game. Even though some of us - including myself - scratch our heads at some of Garrett's calls, let's not forget he orchestrated the three highest-scoring seasons in Dallas Cowboys history. Like Jerry said he will change the culture. Oh, and the man WILL be extra motivated to work hard since he is coaching for the full-time job next year. Jerry said obvious success this season will be considered when it is time to make a full-time hire. My question to you is, do you want Garrett to be successful and get the job? Or, would you rather him fail and have Jerry try to lure one of the big dogs like Cowher, Gruden, Billick of Fisher?
