We've made it to the end of the season folks! Week 17 is here and unfortunately there will be no playoffs for the Dallas Cowboys. Don't despair- I'm starting to put together a bracket style tournament for the playoffs! Y'all know me, always trying to keep things interesting with some friendly competition. But we have some unfinished business here. We need to crown a 2010 season champion to go into the record books as the first ever winner. Jstaubach is already in the books for being the first, and so far only person to correctly pick 10 for 10. He was on a great run, following that up with two 9 for 10s. Let's take a look at the leaderboard. ATS predictions will be edited in soon.

BishopWest has a commanding lead and barring a collapse of epic proportions (think NYGiants against Philly two weeks ago) he is set to take the crown. Don't let that dissuade you though, we still have the 10x10 and 3x6 contest going.
Cool, so on to TEN FOR TEN. You know the game. A few years back, the first 10 team parlay of straight up bets I ever placed would have won just over $10,000 for a $10 bet. So I coined it KDP's 10 for 10. I make one of these bets every week and this contest here was to see who can be the first to go 10 for 10. Pick 10 winners of any game on the schedule. Straight up, no point spread, any 10 games you like.
I am going to have a 2nd chance contest- because let's face it, up until Garrett took over, this was the highlight of my season- SOOOOOOO.... The first person to correctly pick 10 for 10 AND get 3 correct "OTHER GAME" picks out of the 6 remaining games (go 10 for 10 and 3 for 6 or better) will win a prize.
WEEK 17 GAMES:
CAROLINA @ ATLANTA
CINCY @ BALTIMORE
PITTSBURGH @ CLEVELAND

MIAMI @ NEW ENGLAND
TB @ NEW ORLEANS
BUFFALO @ NY JETS
SD @ DENVER
CHICAGO @ GB
JACKSONVILLE @ HOUSTON
TENN @ INDY

Week 15: 3-1
Week 16: 1-2
OVERALL RECORD: 28-29
Let's predict some games that have some playoff implications
Pittsburgh (-6.5) @ Cleveland (O/U: +-38) 1p eastern
Steelers need this win to lock up the #2 seed. They've won 19 of their past 21 against Cleveland. Eric Mangini is effectively a lame duck coach with Holmgren expected to bring in one of his guys in the offseason.
Cincy @ Baltimore (-9.5) (O/U: +- 43) 1p Eastern
The Bengals have covered the last two weeks with outright wins at home. Without having to deal with Ochocinco or TO, Palmer's wildy inconsistent (read bad) play gets a repreive. Look for them to score late to bring the spread under double digits and cover.
Raiders @ Chiefs (-4) (O/U:+- 43.5) 1p eastern
I was all set to predict the Raiders winning, but without McFadden, it's a no go. Raiders lose, but I'm proud of them. I put a bet in at the beginning of the year on +/- 6.5 wins for Oakland.
Buffalo @ NY Jets (-1)(O/U: +-38) 1p eastern
There is no way that the Jets go into the playoffs losers of 4 of 5. My pick of the week here.
Ten@Indy Over +-48
Tennessee @ Indy (-9.5) (O/U: +-48) 420p eastern
Indy needs this game, as a win locks them into the AFC South champion position yet again. I think Tennessee pulls out all the stops to keep the spread under 10, but a lot of points should get to the over
Jac@Hou Over +-48
Jacksonville @ Houston (-4) (O/U: +-48) 420p eastern
No MJD, Rashad Jennings. Kubiak appears safe, as long as he fires his defensive staff. Jack Del Rio is safe for another year it appears, as the front office gives him one more shot with their renewed talent. High scoring contest, not sure who wins.
