The Drive for 100

Dave and I are quite pleased with the support we've received thus far for camp, with almost 60 readers making donations. Camp may seem far off, but for us, it is not that far away. We're putting the final touches on Cowboys Annual 2010 and are starting plans for San Antonio and Oxnard.

As you've probably seen from the just-released schedule, camp will play out over four weeks in two different cities. The expenses will be, well, more expensive as a result. We're also running up against the calendar. We don't plan to live extravagantly on the road, but we do need to make our reservations by the end of the month, especially for Oxnard, as rates jump up during the vacation season.

I want to challenge the readers who have not yet joined the drive. We would like to reach 100 donors by the end of May. If you've read us before, you know we offer the most diverse, most detailed camp coverage anywhere. It's a pleasure working for all the good readers of BTB. Help us do it better.
