Terrell Owens has agreed on a one-year, $2 million deal with the Cincinnati Bengals, a league source told ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter on Tuesday.

According to the source, the deal also includes another $2 million in incentives.

I'm glad he ended up with the Bengals rather than the Rams. Despite all the grief he gets, he's been a great player over the years and brought a lot of good times to us as Cowboys fans, I like to see him at the end of his career have a chance with a contender and not stuck on another bottom dweller.
