7 round mock draft

I just completed a 7 round mock draft for all the teams, but here is what Dallas ended up with. Full 7 round draft can be found here:

1st round (9th) Prince Amukamara, CB, Nebraska

Was the best player available that also filled a need and would step in and start from Day 1.

2nd round (40th) DeMarcus Love, OT, Arkansas

Steps in and starts at RT in place of the released Colombo.  Gives us to bookend tackles for the next 5-10 years.

3rd round (71st) Benjamin Ijalana, G, Villanova

Not an instant starter but someone who should start at some point as a rookie.

4th round (109th) Jerrard Tarrant, S, Georgia Tech

Some of you won't like this pick with Deunta Williams still on the board but looking closer at him there are just to many issues for me.  Tarrant is a former CB who made the switch to FS and is also a very good punt returner.

5th round (140th) Martin Parker, DE, Richmond

A former DT who would make the switch to DE, he should be a solid run stopper and depth addition.

6th round (171st) David Carter, DE, UCLA

I know what your thinking, why take 2 DE's in the draft.  My reasoning is that Dallas could lose 3 DE's this year.  While I doubt all of them leave having depth never hurts.

7th round (210th) DeAndre Brown, WR, Southern Mississippi

Even if Williams isn't released this team is thin at WR.  Hurd is more of a ST player, Ogeltree didn't get much better and then there's no depth.  Brown is a big guy who could make the tough over the middle catches.

I will be doing another draft about a week before the draft so this will probably change some, but overall I was happy with how it turned out.
