With Felix slated to miss at least a couple of week (let's hope it's just a couple) with his high ankle sprain, I'm hoping that JG and crew will give Phillip Tanner some prime time touches at RB. I know that he's buried down at the bottom of the depth chart and that the systemic problems with the running game aren't going to be overcome by who is touching the ball, but I think we can all agree that we really need a spark. Our inability to consistently run the ball prevents us from being able to salt away leads late in games. We can't do anything about our offensive line (now minus Bill Nagy, too) or the culture behind the play calling or Tony's over-enthusiastic passes in crunch time, but we've got two dynamic runners in DeMarco Murray and Phillip Tanner. Let's give them a chance!
