Assuming reasonable WL outcomes, it looks like we should decide the season with the games against the Giants.  The giants still have games against the Eagles, Saints, Packers, Skins and Jets. Plus the two Dallas games.  Hopefully, they will lose 3 of 5.  They should beat WAS and lose to GB, so if two of the other teams can pull out wins, they sit at 9-5 not counting the Cowboys games.

Also, wwe have a decent schedule coming up.  Assuming we can go 4-1 against PHi, WAS, TB, ARI, and MIA, which I don't think is a stretch, we sit at.....drumroll....9-5 not counting the Giants games.

As it sits right now, I believe splitting would be a win for us, as I think we currently hold the tiebreakers.  I'm not sure how the est of my assumptions change that, but basically what I'm saying is we have to beat NYG this year. No messing around.
