On if Dez Bryant is a distraction: I’ve heard nothing but good things. He’s somewhat of a wild stallion to where you’re going to get certain elements of that, and it’s his personality and it’s kind of what’s made him such a dominant player and why he’s so good on the field. I don’t know that I’ve seen a wide receiver take the number of hits that this guy takes. He never goes down easy, and because of that, he’s just getting hit so much more than what he really needs to, but that’s just because of his competitiveness and his desire to score on each and every play. He never thinks he’s not going to go the distance. And so when you are that type of personality, you want the ball. And I can see where he gets frustrated when he’s not getting the ball, and that’s not unlike a lot of wide receivers. It’s a hard position for these guys that are so competitive, as we know. There are often times comparisons between him and Michael Irvin. I think some of those comparisons are fair in the fact that they do want the ball on every play. Michael used to say to me, "Troy, I don’t care if there’s three guys on me, just throw it up." And I said, "Mike, I’m not going to do that. I’m not going to throw it to you if there’s three guys on you because that means somebody else doesn’t have anyone on them." But he said, "Hey, I won’t let you down." And I think Dez Bryant is that same type of player, and if it becomes a distraction, then you’ve got to deal with that. But I don’t know that it’s become a distraction, I don’t believe that it has been. I think everyone understands what this guy’s about, and they knew that right from the beginning.
