Paul Pasqualoni was thrust into the role of interim defensive coordinator eight games into the 2010 season after Wade Phillips was fired. In the following eight games that Coach P led the defense, his unit allowed 204 points, 2822 yards, forced 20 turnovers, compiled 18 sacks and scored 4 touchdowns.
Rob Ryan has coached eight games as Dallas's DC, His defense has allowed 175 points, 2679 yards, forced 15 turnovers, got 22 sacks and scored 0 touchdowns.

coach p played a lot i mean a lot of zone..
Rob has played a little more man.. but I really did like coach p as our d coordinator. I wish he would have stayed. To me there scheme seem the same exotic blitz and different man fronts.

Rob really needs to go back to a heavy zone coverage.
Our DBs (and ILBs to an extent) aren’t good enough to play solid man coverage. The zone can make up for some of those coverage deficiencies. That’s the main reason Paul P was able to convert the defense into something halfway passable after Wade was fired.

yea.
But it was like they had to be rewire to play zone …
But I do think Ryan gets too cute sometimes on defense..
