If the Giants Win The Early Game Do We Rest / Protect Players?

This is a hard call. It's the Eagles. Who I consider now our most hated rival. All those offseason acquisitions just made them even more hateable.

:)

1. Of course we rest them. If eliminated some of these Eagles might try their best to mutilate some of the Cowboys. Rest players like Ratliff / Ware / Newman / Jenkins. Use McGee the whole game. Lot's of Sammy Morris and whoever else we might pick up at RB. Lots of Brady and Brooking. Save them for the players health and to rest for Week #17 and hopefully the playoffs.

2. No! Eagles HATE. We want revenge for the only blowout we've suffered this year. You play your players to continue what we have been doing. Introducing the 2nd team across the board will ruin the teams continuity and possibly effect them in Week #17. Plus they will all want to play in this game if they can.

-Here's the hardest part I see for the Coaching staff. You believe if the Giants win then there are players in a lot of pain that could use a 2 week break at this time of the year. Maybe not all of them. But definitely some like Ware and Jenkins. But how do you prepare from such a hugely important game, that might have all the air let out prior to kickoff?

3. A lot of FF players that are in the playoffs must be staring at players like Romo wondering if they'll play. Makes for some hard choices right now. Yes, I know it's only FF. But still this is playoffs. In our league final this week, one of the finalists has Romo. He'll be super angry if Romo does not play.

Would enjoy hearing anyones take on this question and whether all of you think it's valid.
