sorry for the long post, but....

...given that I live in the din of the enemy - Manhattan itself - and given the fact that I have been shot more than a few ugly looks this week wearing my Cowboys hat proudly while digging a little deeper into my original Texas drawl for effect...would I like to see the Cowboys beat the Giants?? Heck yeah! I'd LOVE to see that! Will they be winning any Superbowl this year? Probably not. But the Cowboys seem on their way up while the Giants seem on their way the other direction.

I had a guy approach me at Whole Foods Market (that's right, that TEXAS organic supermarket!) and started some small talk about something I had in my basket, yadda yadda, then - AS HE WAS WALKING AWAY - he called out, "oh, by the way, my Giants are gonna crush your Cowboys!". I loved it. I said, "of course you guys will, I mean Romo's hand is totally wrecked and you guys are on a tremendous roll of late!!" He flipped me off without actually flipping me off.

Anyway, hope Dallas wins as a little Cowboys parting shot from 2011. I'm holding down the fort guys!! lol.
