I don’t have many complaints. Garrett was aggressive and took shots down the field that were ‘’ this close to connecting.

The offense produced a below average net pass YPA of 5.6 y/a. This was the third straight week where Dallas has produced very ordinary performance offensively. Romo completed 66% of his passes at a decent 7.1 y/a. What held back the net pass YPA was that Dallas took 5 sacks for 38 yards.

Meanwhile, the defense allowed a net pass YPA of 7.5 y/a. Same as last week. 7.5 y/a is bad outright, even worse since it was against a team that isn’t very good passing the ball. That also makes it 5 of the last 6 games that the defense has allowed their opponent to produce at above average levels.

This week the Giants come in with one of the league’s best passing offenses (3rd in the league in net pass YPA). Buckle your seatbelts. (I’m thinking my 17-23 guess is looking good).

Games notes

Don’t have many complaints. Would have liked to see Garrett go for a shorter FG attempt and would have liked to see Garrett go for it on 4th&1 instead of the FG in the 1st quarter.

-Special teams: Giveth and taketh .. after have a great day all around, #32 block in the back. BTW, Felix has to make at least 1 guy miss to get to the 20 … sometimes 3.

-No screens. Weird. Garrett is good at using screens and with the blitzing ARI was doing it seemed like a natural play call
