First of all, I am in no way shape a fan of Ohio St. or Terrel Pryor. But none the less, the 5 game suspension for letting him into the Supplemental Draft (oh by the way the Cowboys are actually interested in him) is so freaking outrageous. Now the only way this can possible done right is if he now sets all college players and coaches who are running from problems in college to join the NFL to the same standards.
Former Miami Hurricane players? Tough one there, but I still say any that are currently in the NFL get off. But what about current Canes players who are presumed involved in the current scandal?
If Tressel joins a NFL team coaching? He should get at least what Pryor got if not more. After all how ironic he might join the Cleveland Browns.
What bugs me the most out of all of this is the fact, that previous players who did WAY farther worse things like DUI's, spousal abuse, repeat violence offenders get way less games off. ESPN this morning listed some examples that just blows your mind how Goodell has his head up his 4th point of contact (thats your rear end for any non military types).
I would like to know what others think on this matter? I will attach a poll if you don't have time to comment.
Go Dallas Cowboys!
