Scouts made it very clear that he wasn’t worth a high pick when he came out….the Niners are just finding that out

Scouts thought he would be a good second or third round prospect

The kid’s good, but he lacks proper technique and field awareness. He’s got all the tools—fast, agile, good hands, hard-hitting.

He’s shown flashes these past two years, but remember—he’s played in a very poor secondary. With the right coaching, who knows what his NFL career would look like. But it’s obvious he hasn’t gotten that in San Fran. I’d trade a late-round pick (or Choice) to find out what he can do.

I think he would be worth a shot

But only at a good price. I think he could do really good with some time to learn on the sidelines. He has the physical skills and size to be good.

to be honest dallas need all the safties they can get right now

For a 4th or 5th I’m game…

A guy like RR can use a safety like him..the only thing I didn’t like about him coming out was the fact he had coverage issues… But to get him for nothing I’m drooling for the guy now.

I'm down for the Choice for Mays deal.

And this is from someone that prayed that we wouldn’t draft Mays.

It’s looking more and more like Choice won’t be back after this season (maybe not even after preseason?). Might as well get something for him. If that something happens to be a player with potential at a position of weakness, even better.
