Watkins writes 429 words bashing the Cowboys for not drafting a guy that made 6 tackles this season, lol. As a guy that loves to critique the Cowboys' front office, even I find this to be a complete waste of time, bandwidth, common sense, and reason.

Par for the course, I guess

Never let an absence of fact get in the way of a strong opinion

And as per the usual, the orthographically challenged Watkins proudly displays his literacy
  • “… a real god Pro Day ….”
  • “Jones was active for the first game, but sent to the practice squad the next three weeks …”
  • “…. but the Cowboys struggles …”
  • “They tired to fix things”
  • “Special teams play had a mixture of players …”

My seventh-grade English teacher would have given me an ‘F’ for this.

Wow, I figured ESPN had editors. I guess you’re responsible for your own work there.

To be fair OCC is from Germany so its a given he would know English better.

It’s incredible how low the standards are and it’s ridiculous that this guy is employed as a journalist.

What do you expect from Watkins

I took a look at him last year. He was great against the run but terrible in pass coverage. Sloppy footwork, strugled in change of direction,, very upright in his back pedal, easily gave up the underneath routes, played with a large cushion to the reciever, could not cover man to man. He had good straightline speed and could tackle. He never projected to be anything more than a special teams player.

You have to play this game like somebody just hit your mother with a two-by-four. Dan Birdwell. Oakland Raiders

How do you want to be rememberd. Go out there and play every play like it is your last play. Be remembered as the person you want to be for the rest of your life. Spike Dykes, Midland Lee and Texas Tech Coach.

Get em BD

(Points to Calvin Watkins)

sic ’em.

Here’s a theoretical play from 2010: Snap. Tony takes 7 step drop. Tony looks left at Miles, who is doubled, and looks right to where Roy Williams should be…but instead sees Colombo on his back and a Defensive End foaming at the mouth jumping over Marc’s carcass. Tony proceeds to run like hell and look for Witten

Now, if somebody doesn’t agree with that, that’s cool. I also don’t agree with the fact that I don’t have $10 million in my bank account. But the fact that I don’t agree with it doesn’t make it any less true.

opportunity missed

Looks like I missed another chance at writing a brilliant “expert, shmexpert” article. All well.

Question

Is it possible for Calvin Watkins to be anymore of a douche?

We're here to win football games. The way to do that is to tell him and to get on him at the right times. I do that when you guys (media) don't see and watch.''

What else makes a strong leader?

"You win,'' Romo said. "You're a very good leader once you win.

"That's' what we're going to do.''

Bryan Broaddus (and Todd Archer) is the only reason to go to that site

I can’t believe that poor man is forced to work with Watkins and MacMahon.

Jay

I wish Ratliff would have whipped his azz in the locker room, along with JJT. I swear with our media, who needs the opposing fans to talk trash about the boys!!
