Will to win and watching inferior teams win

How frustrating to see once again other teams who either the cowboys beat (49er's) or could have eliminated (Giants) take it to the next level with effort and will. One of these teams will be in the Superbowl and the boys will spend another year getting older and wondering "what if". Obviously by "inferior" I don't mean in the "team" sense because the boys might be the worst in the league in that category. But on paper we are elite every year /sarc. Even Wade in Houston, instituted a totally new system with no offseason and was a fumbled punt away from going to the AFC championship game. But no offseason was still the "excuse" for Ryan's defense not working. I am sick off it all , John Harbaugh was right when he said the Jerry and the cowboys stand for all that is wrong in the NFL. When will it change ?
