The reason for this delay is because a player could still denounce his declaration for the draft within 72-hours if he had not signed with an agent, so this list, to my knowledge, is final. Here are those names: Jonathan Massaquoi, DE, Troy Chris Polk, RB, Washington Robert Turbin, RB, Utah State Stay tuned because this could turn into 68, it depends on the status of these three but I wouldn't think that the NFL made a mistake and missed these three. I will be especially disappointed if Jonathan Massaquoi backed out this year.
