Is it even possible for you to give another Qb a compliment ever?

Cam Newton had a terrific rookie season. Not saying he’s a better Qb than Romo but to call Cam terribly overrated after the records he broke this year just sounds bitter.

Anyway, it’s the Pro Bowl, who cares…

Stafford should have been in over Newton, Mannina, and Romo.

I think Manning, Newton, and Romo had roughly equal regular seasons.
A case can be made for each of them that they deserve the last pro bowl spot.

Newton: 35 total TDs, 4,051 passing yards, 706 rushing yards, 17 INTs, 2 lost fumbles.
Romo 32 total TDs, 4,184 yards, 46 rushing yards, 10 INTs, 3 lost fumbles.
Manning 30 total TDs, 4,933 passing yards, 15 rushing yards, 16 INTs, 4 lost fumbles.

Romo had fewer turnovers, but also provided fewer yards than both of the others, and fewer TDs than Newton.
I don’t see how anyone can really be upset if any of these 3 were chosen over the other 2.

Stafford should have been in over all of them period.
41 TDs, 5,038 yards passing, 78 yards rushing, 16 INTs, 1 lost fumble.
