I took to the video camera last night to continue to air my remaining grievances after my game wrap-up article. There were some things that still needed to be said, things I tend to try and leave to the commenters post-game. I know, BTB comments directly after the game can be a jungle to navigate; not for the faint of heart. I was actually proud this past game, but that may be due to a buffer post before the wrap-up article went live.
Thanks to the top notch team at SB Nation, my thoughts have been augmented with video highlights of a couple key plays from the game, and snazzy graphics as only we can provide.
Take a gander.
To not leave a sour taste in your mouth, and also to make up for my self-edit error from the wrap-up thread, allow me to take the time to congratulate RB Felix Jones on his tremendous return to our good graces. With DeMarco Murray apparently out for at least a week, Jones will most likely be returning to the starting lineup; so his great performance against a "Not-So-Ravens" defense came not a moment too soon.
Hopefully, he'll be able to remain on track against the Panthers this coming weekend. For now, though, revel in his beautiful 22-yard scamper where he not only evades a sprawling Ray Lewis, but makes S Bernard Pollard take a horrible angle.
That's the Felix we need to have moving forward.
