Apparently, no matter what is wrong with a team you should fire the coach.

Genius logic here. He mentions 9 teams. In 5 he suggests firing the head coach. For the Panthers and Jaguars he essentially says fire the coach by saying hire a new GM and let him pick his coach. The Saints he blames it on the lack of a HC. So for a grand total of 1 of the teams the solution has nothing to do with the coach. Why do some people not get that firing the coach isn't some magic bullet that instantly cures all ills?
