The NFL PR machine informs us that technically, 24 teams remain in contention for a trip to the Super Bowl in New orleans. We look at which teams our panel of writers think will get one step closer to a playoff spot in Week 15.
Just three games remain to be played in the 2012 regular season, and the suspense continues to build as teams prepare to make their final stretch runs.
Only four teams have clinched a playoff spot so far, leaving a total of eight spots still up for grabs. In the NFC, only the Falcons have clinched a playoff spot, and just five teams (the Eagles chief among them) have been eliminated from playoff contention entirely. That promises a lot of interesting games this weekend, and nearly every game has playoff implications
If our panel is anything to go by - and we now lead the 10-for-10 panelists by three full games - then the NFC East playoff picture should become clearer this weekend: Most of us pick the Cowboys over the Steelers and expect the Giants and Redskins to lose. We'll see about that. For now, these are our picks for Week 15, 2012.

Don't forget to play Pick6 this week! We want as many BTBers playing as possible to beat out the other SB Nation communities. Show BTB-pride and play Pick6.
