He says the Cowboys should beat the Saints because although the Saints have a great offense, they're poor on defense. Therefore, the Cowboys should withstand the shootout given that their defense is better than the Saints. Then he goes on to say that Washington will beat Dallas in week 17. Well dude, did you notice that the Saints are ranked 3rd on offense and the Redskins are 4th? Did you notice that the Saints are ranked 32nd on defense and the Redskins are 28th? Sounds like the same scenario to me. So how do you pick the Cowboys to beat the Saints but not the Redskins? Yes Goss, you mention the Thanksgiving game. Did you watch the game? The Cowboys were more shorthanded than at any other time this season and still almost pulled it out. Did you factor in how much the team has grown since then? Do you remember we have our stud running back in the lineup now? If they can beat the Saints, they can beat the Redskins. Not much difference between the two. In fact, I think the Saints are better.
