At this point I’m OK with spending for Carr. I would have preferred Routt at his price because it was so reasonable, but Carr is younger and better… pay the man.

i dont mean to bust you guys bubble and happiness..

Have any of you know how much cap the chiefs have???? Try 37 million, with 0 contract restructures. These guys can sign Rout, and dish out huge contracts to Carr and Knicks without even breaking their banks.

They wont.

They have other issues to address as well. Just because you have alot of money doesn’t have mean you spend it all and end up in cap hell for years to come.

They can buy 3 blue chip FA and draft another bluechipper

I would think that if they wanted to resign Carr, they would have done it before signing Routt...

Not really

Texans want Willams but have not dish out a contract.. the same with Vincent Jackson and the Chargers..

Carr is not top priority but they will at least offer him a deal..
