draft trade down
Does anyone think it's equal value for the Bengals if Dallas trades pick number 14 for Cincy's 2 first rounders? And supposing this deal would be made, who would you suggest we take with those 2 picks? Of course this needs to be done within reason as I wouldnt expect players like Coples be available there. i feel we have so many holes on defense that we need to get extra early picks. With Cincy having so much cap room available they may be able to sign f/a's and trade up for a player who they think can vault them into divisional contention.

Not happening...
CIN isn’t going to give up the #17 and #21 to move up three spots…
Maybe one of these and their 2nd…but that would be a reach. To move up a few picks in the !st round will cost you a 3rd…
Cowboys are locked into 14
No one is going to move up to Dallas’ spot. Cincy will not trade up for an RB.
Actually I think they would go for Richardson and I think we can get their 4th for doing so.

it would only work if Dallas traded their 2nd and third plus the sixth rounder
Dallas gets- 17 and 21=1750
Cinci gets- 14,45,82 and 175=1752.4
for any further draft pick trades I refer you to here:

Here’s a theoretical play from 2010: Snap. Tony takes 7 step drop. Tony looks left at Miles, who is doubled, and looks right to where Roy Williams should be…but instead sees Colombo on his back and a Defensive End foaming at the mouth jumping over Marc’s carcass. Tony proceeds to run like hell and look for Witten

Now, if somebody doesn’t agree with that, that’s cool. I also don’t agree with the fact that I don’t have $10 million in my bank account. But the fact that I don’t agree with it doesn’t make it any less true.

More Likely
That we give them our first and they give us one of their shitty WRs
Ha!
I would be tickled with the 21st and the accompanying 2nd or 3rd to even it out.
Im against trading down because Jerry gets too cute and ends up outsmarting himself
Let’s just stay at 14 and draft whoever is there. Cowboys played it right last year by letting the draft come them.
Hey Washington... D.C. stands for Dallas Cowboys
Jerry the GM…if we could only find a way to get rid of that guy…

A GM has to really know what he's doing when trading down. This is a de facto
disqualification of Jerry who couldn’t tell a Goodyear blimp from a offensive tackle. Don’t give Jerry any ideas because he fancies himself a wheeler dealing football man. Just stay where you are cowboys or move up, its less risky
