Is the NFL going to expand to 34 teams?
"Commissioner Roger Goodell says if the NFL puts a team in Los Angeles, it is probable the league would expand to 34 franchises.
Appearing Thursday night on "Costas Live" on NBC Sports Network, Goodell said the league "doesn’t want to move any of our teams."
"We probably don’t want to go to 33" teams by adding just one new club if a suitable stadium is built in the Los Angeles area, Goodell said. Instead, the league would consider adding two. An odd number of teams would pose scheduling problems, including at least one club being off each week, and would create one division with five teams."

No! It’s already hard enough to win a SB. I’d like to see one in my lifetime, please.
But seriously though, no. There’s no good justification whatsoever for this. Gary Bettman learned that the hard way. Don’t be the NHL, Rog.
No need to add any new teams. NHL and NBA did this and cheapened their teams
Move the Jags to LA or something. Areas without a team have the Cowboys to cheer for anyway.

"...and the Cowboys...STUN the Bills!"--ESPN MNF
This is nothing.
We all know itll be the LA Vikings or LA Rams. Or LA Raiders.

Does anyone even care for football in LA?
Hey Washington... D.C. stands for Dallas Cowboys
Jerry the GM…if we could only find a way to get rid of that guy…

LA should have a team
its one of the biggest markets and it doesnt have an NFL team, that is just dumb
I always thought Las Vegas deserved a franchise in some sport, I think that would be so cool to have a team in Vegas, but that will never happen
other than LA, I dont see a city that needs a team
"With the 14th pick in the 2012 NFL Draft.........The Dallas Cowboys select..............Melvin Ingram DE South Carolina"
My card has been sent in
If anything, the NFL should consider contraction
And put a stronger product on the field.
Nothing stays king of the hill forever. The NFL looks to follow the same business model that the MLB, NBA and NHL did when they were at the apex of popularity — expand and dilute. Didn’t work for them…will it work for football?
My hope is that the league cuts down to 28 teams and does away with divisions. Two conferences, 14 teams per, each team plays all 13 teams from its own conference and 3 from the other conference based on record. Top four from each league go to the playoffs.

What are the top 5 biggest cities that don't have a single franchise in the NFL, NHL, NBA, and MLB??
I’m guessing the list would look something like this:
1. Las Vegas
2. Austin
3. Birmingham
4. Louisville
5. Honolulu (lol)
What you guys think?
That there doesn't need to be afootball team in any of those cities haha
