A guard and corner and we are on our way
I know that the Cowboys need alot of help, probably more help than most of us might think. I also believe that a tougher mentality needs to somehow be instilled in this team, however, Rome wasn't built in a day so there needs to be a starting point. With that in mind I give you 2 names that should be on every Cowboys fans wishlist, Carl Nicks and Dre Kirkpatrick. Nicks is the best guard on the market and will almost solidify the offensive line for the next 5 years. Kirkpatrick is a wildcard but his talent is off the charts. He is tall enough to cover the big receivers in the East and fast enough to catch any one of them, also, he is tough and can tackle. I'm not saying that this will put the team over the top but it will be one hell of a start, don't ya think?

I'm not sold on Kirkpatrick
It might be his reputation is being helped out a little too much by the success of his team and also he does have great height. But a lot of scouts have questioned whether he could be a top cornerback at the next level. He’ll be facing much faster receivers who can turn circles around him. Just my opinion.
Not understanding the Kirkpatrick obsession.

What big receivers in the East? Hakeem Nicks? Thats about the only one. How will Kirkpatrick matchup agility/quickness-wise with Desean Jackson, Jeremy Maclin, Mario Manningham, Victor Cruz, Santana Moss, Brandon Banks. What big receivers in the East? The midgets kill us.
