The Curious Case of the Missing Fanposts

Many of you will have noticed that the list of recent Fanposts has mysteriously gone missing from the front page, not just on BTB but on every SBNation blog. You may also have noticed that over the past few days, SBNation has had some database issues. The technical team has traced those issues to the fanposts.

The technical guys are working hard on fixing these issues, and until they are successful, the list of recent Fanposts has been disabled on the front page.

You can of course still access all the fanposts by clicking on the title of this fanshot or by clicking on the 'Fanpost' tab at the top of the page.

Has this had a broader impact?

Accessing BtB this week on Chrome has been problematic at best, a lot of ‘page won’t load’ messages. On Firefox right now, am getting ‘connection has been reset.’

I don’t think it has anything to do with your choice of browser. But service has been erratic at best, with the whole network being unavailable at times, more so this week than previously.

Thebigham's head must be close to exploding.

He is strangely fixated on having Fanposts stay listed on the front page.

In the 17 seasons from 1966-1982, the Cowboys went at least to the conference championship game 14 times. In the 16 seasons from 1996-2011, the Cowboys have won 2 wild card games.
