At 14, I think our team is where the pecking order sort of begins for the teams that don't completely suck. I don't really see any of the teams in front of us looking for a "fantastic guard prospect" or whatever all the other acolades are that have been layed on Mr. DeCastro. A guard in the top 10 is not gonna rally the fanbase of a down and out franchise and put warm butts in the seats. I don't see GM's of terrible teams thinking "oh my God, we have got to go get a guard to turn our team around. I heard there is this really good one. Let's draft him." No. No. No. These teams are looking for Quarterbacks, Offensive Tackles, Defensive Playmakers, Wide Receivers and Running Backs. The Elite offensive guards belong more to the teams that are either at the pinnacle or believe they are a player or two away. DeCastro will be there at 14. Bank on it. Over and out, magik
