So after I heard about this trade I went ahead and looked up the value on the handy Draft Pick Value Calculator that we have been using for OCCs mock draft exercises. The value may or may not surprise you...The Browns have traded the following to acquire the Vikings #3 pick:

The total value of the Browns picks is 1902.5 for the Vikings #3 pick which is valued at 2200 points. Have the pick values changed or was this simply a case of the Vikings being able to acquire more picks and still have the same options available as the Browns should be selecting Trent Richardson?
