Giants cut Jake Ballard because he failed a physical. Do you think we should go after him? I know he tore his ACL and all, but when healthy, he could be great insurance in case Hanna doesn't perform up to expectations. He also provides some vet experience and great depth. This could be a low-risk high reward signing if Jerry doesn't have confidence in Hanna in training camp. Woicik can work his magic and we can screw the Giants over by making an official TE swap with him by us taking Ballard from them (if they plan on resigning him when he gets better) when they took useless MartyB from us.
