BTB on YouTube makes it's triumphant return today. In this episode, I provide a quick summary of the major storylines from the recently completed pre-2012 offseason. Also, I take a closer look at the NFL's gift to bloggers and advanced statisticians the world over, allowing access to coaches' film. Better known as the "All-22" camera, I've been pining for this access for a while here on BTB. In fact, I found at least four mentions in my previous articles doing a quick search to help prepare to make the video.
Of course, the bird's eye view won't end world hunger, but it will improve the ability of the non-privileged to get a better view of the inner-workings of a defensive scheme and offenses' route packages. It will also allow us more opportunities to make fun of awful announcing, which I suspect was the real reason the NFL was initially hesitant to release it to the public.
