I think they are pretty spot on the money this time. And reasonably positive - expect us to be competing for a playoff spot. Phil Costa gets hammered in the media and by the fans but I believe he will show significant improvement this year. This is in part due to PFF's own grades: Costa was a -9.7 last year but was -9.5 in the first half (much coming from that bizarre Redskins game) and a solid -0.2 in the final 8 games.
