It's been a long time coming, but it's finally here. Okay, so it's not exactly the regualr season, but we get to watch the Dallas Cowboys play some football again. Not a moment too soon.

Monday Night Football is the setting and the Oakland Raiders are the opponent. The starters are expected to play one long series or a couple of short series, then it will be on to the guys scrambling for roster spots and playing time. Of course, a whole group of players are being held out due to injury, OCC detailed that earlier.

Lots of storylines to watch, and we'll discuss them all once the game is over. But for now, let's sit back and enjoy Cowboys football and chat in the comments. Also, we'll add a twitter feed with the BTB scribes adding their input there, too.

Let the games begin, even if they don't count!

This is an open thread for game chat.

A new thread will be up for the second quarter.
