So... we keep a veteran 3rd qb who hasn't proven much (McGee), two DEs that are past their prime and not very good (Spears and Coleman), and a veteran G who isn't very good (Dockery). IMO it would have been far smarter to cut this aging and/or mediocre talents and keep players like Coale, Hamilton, Bass, and Dunbar or Olawale. Also, we were offered a trade for Felix and turned it down. Wtf? AND they keep a WR who was all but giftwrapped the #3 job and proceeded to come in out of shape then showed nothing but butterfingers and brickhands (Holmes). Why? Because Garrett can't move on. He is so scared of youth. I though he was bring a youth movement, but he clearly isn't. Its the same 'ol cowboys. Can't move on. Too scared to leave what you "know" its getting old...
