Romo and the Bootleg/Rollout Play

After watching the Redskins game yesterday, one thing that jumped out to me was the use of bootlegs.

It got me wondering whether or not Garrett runs these plays and I've spaced out on them, or whether or not he doesn't run these plays at all? I suspect that he doesn't like to run these plays, but with Romo's ability to throw on the run, combined with the o-line's shortcomings, it seems like this play ought to be in the playbook.

Does anyone have any breakdowns on the number of plays, since Garrett has been running the offense, that we've ran bootlegs, and how successful they are?
