The Cowboys are off to a great start with a division win on the road against a quality opponent. That's huge, because in order to win the NFC East the Cowboys have to go 4-2 in the division, which means winning all their NFC East home games and sweeping at least one division opponent, hopefully the Giants, but more likely Philadelphia.
They've got six non-division NFC games, 3 at home and 3 away, all against teams they should be favored to beat except perhaps the Falcons on the road in Atlanta. They need to go 5-1, or at least 4-2 in those games as well. That would put them at 8-4 with 4 games against the AFC North that they should get through at 3-1, losing to Baltimore (again on the road), but beating Pittsburgh, Cincinnati and Cleveland.
Difficult, but not impossible.
In my estimation that gets them to 11-5, and the NFC East title with a bye, and once they get into the playoffs, anything can happen.
Go Cowboys!
