Most of the key cogs are under control, and now it's time to get the key to the team locked up for a while. Contrary to popular belief Romo has a lot of football left in him. Look at the age/sack total of the Mannings, Brady, Brees, and Rodgers. He's taken a lot of hits, but so have most NFL QBs. The big question is that after Romo who do you finish locking up? Sean Lee is the obvious answer, but after that it's a jumble between Dez, Tron, and Murray.
