You know how Tony Romo always says he'll hit the open man, and work off what the defense dictates? Well, I wonder if other teams do the same, and let their defense go into the week saying, ok we're going to stop either the run or the pass, or if a team like the packers or patriots, saying, our offense is going to attack you this way regardless, wether it be screens, 5 wide up tempo offense, draw plays etc.

In Sunday's game, it seemed that the Tampa defense tried to take away the run, and it looked like, as well as the stats show, that the dallas defense tried to shut down the pass.

Ah, but here lies the disguise. I think, with our defense this year, especially when rat gets back, wont have to say "we'll take away one or the other." I think with our improved dbs, (how cool was it to finally see jenkins, scandrink, claiborne, and carr all on the field) and our improved LB play, and lissy and crawford, and SPEARS!, we can sort of play everything at once. we didnt let them run, or pass.
